Check with your doctor to see if there may be any interactions between meds you are taking and alcohol. He should be able to tell you if it is safe or not. In some cases one drink is fine, but it is possible that interaction could worsen the side affects associated with chemotherapy or intefere with treatment results. It is best to ask your doctor before drinking. Alcohol and chemotherapy http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/default.asp?page=5552
