How can I smoke weed without getting lung cancer?
I roll my weed in cigarellos and I know it has tobacco in it so what can I roll my weed in that don't have tobacco products in it?

Neither of the other answers are correct. THC has 32 known carcinogens in it so your only chance of NOT getting lung cancer in the future is NOT to smoke anything.

If you get lung cancer you get lung cancer, but it would have nothing to do with smoking weed. Smoking weed does not cause it or prevent it.

Smoking anything is allowing unknown chemicals into your body. It may not be as harsh as cigarettes, but it does have risk of lung cancer.

Bake with it! It takes you to a completely different high and has no effect on your lungs what-so-ever =) its really easy, you just have to simmer the weed in an oil or butter for maybe 20 minutes then bake it into whatever you'd like...

Don't use cigarellos or smoke tabacco, just smoke weed from bowls, bongs, vaporizers, or zig zags. There hasn't been one confirmed report that marijuana itself cause lung cancer, but there are plenty from tobacco.
