Are we sure that lung cancer is from cigarette smoke

Are we sure that lung cancer is from cigarette smoke?
I am pretty sure the air has other harmful things that could cause cancer.

No it's from cigarettes. Everyone would have lung cancer if it was just in the air!

It can be! But there's other cancers you can get from smoking. My dad ot bladder cancer from smoking. Not even kidding.

The oxygen you breathe isn't harmful enough to give you lung cancer.

it is proven that cigarette smoke significantly increases your risk of getting lung cancer, however, it you can get lung cancer from other things, but it is actually a low percentage of people who get it from things other than smoking.

Seeing as the percentage of people who get lung cancer and do not smoke is very small, and the vast majority of people who do get lung cancer do smoke.......duh. Also, as mentioned, it drastically increases chances of other cancers forming (pancreatic (not a good one!) and oral cancer - of which my aunt died from a couple years ago. Yep, she smoked.

Lung Cancer along with all cancers, has Many contributing factors, smoking being one of them.
