I think when you write anthesema you mean emphysema. If thats the case, then theres a big difference betwen emphysema and lung ca (but both are related to smoking). Lung cancer is cancer. Emphysema is a type of obstructive lung disease (damaged lungs but not cancer). Both can kill you depending on the severity of the emphysema or type of cancer. I'd say just don't smoke, and if you do quit now...
