Okay I'm 21. I work at mc donalds and I had to put some chicken in a hot metal basket and while I was doing that, the basket was melting the pastic and I was breathing the fumes in without realizing it. Can I get lung cancer if this is a rare thing?

It was once time. You tend to start developing cancer if it happens on a regular basis.

If ur exposed to it over and over, then yes. Do u smoke? That would increase ur chances
