Your dog is terminally ill, but her expected time remaining is difficult to gaauge. It depends upon the extent of the cancer's spread, the rate of spread, her responsiveness to any treatment being given, and her overall health. So long as she is kept comfortable with pain medication, then she may continue to enjoy her life with you. However, at some point her illness will shut down her organ functions, so you must be prepared for when that eventually happens. Sorry for your pet's troubles.
