It means you need to go to the emergency room and get a CT or MRI of the head. This could be metastasis to the brain, for which there are treatments you can get some relief from

It does not mean you are going to die, in-fact it could mean nothing, a side effect to treatment is very possible. On the other side it could mean that you have stage four lung cancer and it has spread to your brain. Get checked out by a doctor, This could range from very serious to nothing at all.
