Can chronic pot smoking also lead to lung cancer

Can chronic pot smoking also lead to lung cancer?
I say smoking of any type is bad for you. Is this true? Can smoking pot lead to the same health hazards one would experience smoking cigarettes?

There are some health risks Lung cancer being a possibility But to say it has the same health hazards as cigarettes would be untrue

Smoking anything is bad for your lungs. But there are chemicals and unnatural substances in cigarettes that are NOT in weed, so cigarettes are much more harmful.

Pot has way more tar in it. So your lungs will get black faster. But, tobacco has a ton of carcinogens that pot does not have. However most of the cancer causeing elements of tobacco that is asumed to not be in pot are insecticides. Whos to say what chemicals are being used by your dealer. I would have to say pot, if untreated might not be as bad, but if it is being grown with the same methods as tobacco then it could be worse.
