Symptoms include: Hoarseness, change in respiratory pattern, persistant cough or change in cough, blood-streaked sputum, chest pain or tightness, shoulder, arm or chest wall pain, recurring episodes of pneumonia or bronchitis, difficulty breathing, wheezing, clubbing of fingers. Please consult the a physician asap. I just lost my 45 year old dad to lung cancer. He was ill for one year prior to diagnosis and every time he went to the doctor was told that it was just bronchitis!! Please get a second opinion, had my Dad they may have caught it sooner. Age and smoking history DO NOT MATTER!!!
