At the age of 30 gender and smoking habits has little to do with it. 0.2% of all lung cancers occur in people under 35, so the chances are very small.

It depends on a whole load of factors other than just age. Your individual history and genetics will determine your actual risk. Based on age and sex, if you are male, there is a 1/3164 chance of you developing lung cancer. If you are female, there is a 1/2977 chance.
